          Pursuant to the accompanying Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, it is this
          20th day of December, 2000,.
          ORI ERED that judgment be and itis entered on behalf of Plaintiff, Dariush
          Elahi, as Administrator of the Estate of Cyrus Elahi against Defendants, The Islamic
          Republic of fran, and The franian Ministry of Information and Security, jointly and
          severally, for loss of accretions to the Estate of Cyrus Elahi in the amount of SEVEN
          HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY NNE
          DOLLARS ($725,359); it is
          FURTHER ORDERED that judgment be and it is entered on behalf of Plaintiff,
          Dariush Elahi, as Administrator of the Estate of Cyrus Elahi against Defendants, The
          AA000 087
        
          
          Islamic Republic of Iran, and The Iranian Ministry of Information and Security, jointly
          and severally, for the funeral expenses of the Estate of Cyrus Elahi in the amount of
          FOURTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX DOLLARS ($14,676); it is
          FURTHER ORDERED that judgment be and it is entered on behalf of Plaintiff,
          Dariush Elahi, as Administrator of the Estate of Cyrus Elahi against Defendants, The
          Islamic Republic of fran, and The Iranian Ministry of Information and Security, jointly
          and severally, for the conscious pain and suffering of Cyrus Elahi in the amount of ONE
          MiLLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000); it is
          FURTHER ORDERED that judgment be and it is entered on behalf of Plaintiff,
          Dariush Elahi, as Administrator of the Estate of Cyrus Elahi, on behalf of himself and
          surviving sibling Etham Elahi, against Defendants, The Islamic Republic of Iran, and
          The Iranian Ministry of Information and Security, jointly and severally, for solatium, in
          the total amount of TEN MILLION DOLLARS ($10,000,000), allocated as follows: to
          Decedent's brother, Dariush Elahi, FIVE TMILLTON DOLLARS ($5,000,000); to
          Decedent's brother, Elham Elahi, FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($5,000,000); it is
          FURTHER ORDERED that judgment be and it is entered on behalf of Plaintiff,
          Dariush Elahi, as Administrator of the Estate of Cyrus Elahi, against Defendant, The
          Iranian Ministry of Information and Security for punitive damages in the amount of
          THREE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS ($300,000,000); and it is
          FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court cause a copy of this Order

          and Judgment and accompanying Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law to be
          translated into Farsi, at plaintiff's expense, and transmitted, as soon as possible, to the
          U.S. Department of State for diplomatic service upon the defendants.
