          The U.N. Hwzzan Rights Sub-.Cc jziz sjon has expressed concern Ovep the
          persecution of the Baha'i Conirizunity in Iran. The ub-.Co,,w iesion on
          Prevention o Discriazinatton and PTOt&CtIO of Minorities in its
          recent rizeeting in Geneva adopted a resolution urging the U./,.gecreta
          Geieral, Dr. X urt raldh jn , to persuade the Iranian Gopernr,zent to
          prevent further attacks on the rizinority collziizunity and grant it
          religious freedoflz. The resolution was SpO2sored by eleven countries,
          including India.
