TEHRAN Iran Ctgi - Kurdish ead-
em today charged the Islamic
government with following ruthless
policies hke those of the deposed
monarchy and declared the Ayatollah
Ruho ah Khomaini ‘cannot a lence

of the shah's regime was reported in
central Iran
Pars also reported that three men
were giveu 105 lashes each in Ker-
manshali, wester'i Iran, for drinking
alcoholic beverages and three were
given 50 lashes each for gambling,
